Job Description/Duties:
Answering phones. Keeping track of calls to help coordinate service calls. Bookkeeping tasks includes typing up
invoices and budgets, paying bills, posting payments, post credit card transactions, reconciliation of bank statements and credit card
statements. Maintain files, creating new folders, and organizing information on computer and files.
Once a year, work comp audit and 401k summary for investment company. Payroll is done thru payroll company but checks are posted in QuickBooks. Work will be instructed on a need basis.
Required Amount of Experience: 1-2 years
Required Skills: Knowledge of QuickBooks program, Word, and Excel.
