Let’s face it…ageism exists. But not just ageism towards older workers. Ageism exists for younger people, too. How do we get rid of ageism for everyone?
In the Fall of 2023, CoGenerate, an organization whose mission is to bring older and younger people together to solve problems, bridge divides and co-create the future, conducted a survey of 31 diverse Gen Z and Millennial leaders, who have experience in working with older generations and are committed to strengthening and expanding cross-generational collaborations.
In this workshop, you will hear excerpts from CoGenerate’s study on What Younger Leaders Want – And Don’t Want – From Older Allies. Let’s talk about it!
And after you hear their perspectives, what would you like to tell younger leaders about what older workers want? Let’s discuss that, too!
