Certified Caregivers and/or Experienced Caregivers (with or without certification), including any of the following:
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) licensed in Massachusetts
- Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) with documentation
- Homemakers & Personal Care Homemakers from the free Massachusetts PHCAST program: https://mahomecaretraining.org/
- Uncertified Caregivers with hands-on experience assisting clients with mobility, personal hygiene tasks, etc.
Caregiver Job Duties:
- Personal Care: bathing, toileting, grooming, etc.
- Mobility Assistance: help clients with repositioning, fall prevention, etc.
- Homemaking: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, etc.
- Medication reminders
- Transportation & Errands
- Companionship & Safety

$16-18/hour
Experience Requirements
1 year of experience (professional, private, or family)
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance (you must be listed as a driver), and a reliable vehicle with proof of passed inspection.
- Able to assist with tasks listed under “Caregiver Job Duties”
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable
- Good communication and time management skills
- Pass initial hiring requirements including E-Verify, CORI & Nationwide background checks, and reference checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s license & acceptable driving record
- Insured vehicle (must be listed as a driver on the policy)
- CNA, licensed in Massachusetts); CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide), PHCAST Homemaker or Personal Care Homemaker certification
