We are a friendly, independent insurance agency in Sturbridge, Massachusetts looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our Personal Lines clients (home, auto, umbrella, etc.). Our agency prides itself on providing excellent service and treating clients like neighbors—not numbers. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and personable who enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and emails regarding home and auto insurance policies
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist clients with billing questions and basic claims guidance
- Work with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Qualifications:
- Customer service or office experience preferred Insurance agency experience is a plus but not required
- Massachusetts Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable using computers and agency management systems
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Schedule:
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
