Darlene & Company is a relationship-driven real estate team serving MetroWest Massachusetts. We’re seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand across digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist with short-form video posting and light editing (Reels/Stories)
- Coordinate blog publishing and basic SEO
- Manage email newsletters (formatting, scheduling, segmentation)
- Oversee print marketing including mailers and listing materials
- Support community event promotion and brand campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of social media strategy
- Video editing experience is a plus
- Real estate marketing experience is helpful but not required
Details:
- Part-time, flexible hours, 25-30 hours a week
- Ideally 2-5 years experience but open to all levels
- Pay commensurate with experience
- Hybrid preferred (local to MetroWest MA)
