Darlene & Company is a relationship-driven real estate team serving MetroWest Massachusetts. We’re seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Assist with short-form video posting and light editing (Reels/Stories)
  • Coordinate blog publishing and basic SEO
  • Manage email newsletters (formatting, scheduling, segmentation)
  • Oversee print marketing including mailers and listing materials
  • Support community event promotion and brand campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Basic understanding of social media strategy
  • Video editing experience is a plus
  • Real estate marketing experience is helpful but not required

Details:

  • Part-time, flexible hours, 25-30 hours a week
  • Ideally 2-5 years experience but open to all levels
  • Pay commensurate with experience
  • Hybrid preferred (local to MetroWest MA)
