The Town of Pepperell seeks a vibrant leader to be our full-time Director for the Albert Harris Center. You will work together with the COA Board, Town Administrator and management team and will determine the needs and advance the delivery of programs and services at the Center for the older adult population, their caregivers, and families. Comprehensive knowledge of resources available to the older adult population and applicable federal and state regulations required. Understanding and experience working with older adults and grant writing necessary. This position supervises several staff members, volunteers, and the Senior Tax Work-Off Program and oversees the care, maintenance, use and rental of the facility and grounds.

Knowledge of effective approaches for implementing age-friendly community values. Outstanding interpersonal, public speaking, strategic planning and marketing skills required. Bachelor’s degree in human services, gerontology, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred; 4 – 6 years of experience in social service administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
