The Town of Concord is looking for a Geriatric Health Nurse to perform clinical and administrative work in health maintenance and promotion, disease prevention, emergency preparedness, and health education. Responsible for planning and implementing clinics at the Council on Aging, arranging trainings and speakers, conducting home visits, developing public awareness campaigns, implementing emergency preparedness activities, and collecting and analyzing data. Requires RN and minimum of 3 years gerontology and public or community health experience.
Part time position, 24 hours/ week, full pay range: $30.99-$43.39/hr., starting pay rate depending on qualifications.
