Coaching4Change (C4C) empowers college students to ignite change in the next generation through
near-peer mentoring. College students are recruited and trained to serve in under-resourced school districts to support school improvement initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement and improving school culture and climate. Over 60% of our college mentors identify as people of color and 40% as first-generation college students because we know representation in schools matters. C4C & school staff coach the college students, building a pipeline of diverse and talented future educators.

The Program Associate Director (AD) will play a key role in leading C4C’s vision and execution of our
programmatic work while prioritizing student-centered values. As an organizational leader, the Program AD will support our program model to increase its effectiveness and impact, with a goal of placing over 150+ college mentors across 30+ MA & RI school partners in the 2023-2024 school year. This is an exciting new role for the organization, representing an expansion of our Program Department and our
commitment to growing operational infrastructure. The candidate will work collaboratively with team members across the organization and have a demonstrated track record of success on strategic, managerial, and hands-on levels.
