Nautilus provides consulting services to start-ups and small to medium sized businesses in the areas of HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Immigration, Training, Organizational Development, and Interim Support. We also offer career and job search coaching services to organizations whose workforce is in transition and to individuals in career transition.

Michael has more than 20 years of human resources and career management experience. His expertise lies in developing strong
relationships, coaching and advising on human capital matters, such as HR Compliance, Career Coaching, Diversity/Inclusion, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Talent Management, Training, Recruitment, Compensation, and Immigration. Michael’s industry experience is varied working with companies including JPMorgan Chase as VP, Director of Learning & Development, Edison Mission Marketing & Trading as Director of Human Resources and Thomson Financial as Employment Manager, Human Resources Manager and Training Manager. His current focus is supporting start-ups and small to medium sized businesses with Human Resource expertise , as well as coaching individuals and groups in career transition.

Michael works with individuals in transition through Nautilus HR and clients of Transition Solutions. In addition, he leads the 50+ Job Seekers Group in Danvers sponsored by the Massachusetts Councils of Aging and has led the Career Transition Group for Old North Church in Marblehead. He served Old North Church as a Trustee, advising in HR matters. In addition, he served two consecutive terms as a Deacon. Michael formerly served as board chair and member for e-Inc., the Environmental Learning & Action Center.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University with a major in Human Resources Management. Michael resides in Marblehead with his wife, dog and cat. He recently became an “empty-nester”, with two children in college. Fo r enjoyment, he enjoys traveling, boating and the company of friends and family.
