Debbie Raymond
Deb’s experience includes working in a career- advising role at University of Massachusetts Boston, Northeastern University, Curry College, and Emerson College. She also worked as an Employer Relations Specialist at Wentworth Institute of Technology and was an Associate Director for Business Development as well as a coach for a non-profit organization: One Life at a Time. As a result, she has expertise in relationship development, a very extensive network of employers that she is connected to, and knowledge that spans several industries.
As an entrepreneur, Deb has co-created and facilitated a program for women transitioning back to the workplace: WCRP (Women’s Career Rebuilder Program) and runs her own successful career coaching business: Career- Creations.
She is dedicated to helping others move their lives forward and serves as a volunteer committee member for the Leadership In Action Program through the South Shore Chamber, has been an active volunteer for the Massachusetts Conference for Women, and has been a guest speaker for high school career fairs and other career related events.
Deb holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Educational Psychology with a concentration in College Student Development and Career Counseling and a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Human Services both from Northeastern University.
