Debbi brings coaching competence and understanding to her practice through her training as a Professional Certified Integral Coach and her degree in Sociology. She has deep business competence rooted with her MBA, over 20 years as a senior executive with Fortune 500 corporations, as an entrepreneur and volunteer leadership roles. In addition to her private practice, Debbi has coached with the Harvard Business School Executive Education programs and for 3 years has led 9 month workshops with the 50+ Job Seekers Networking Groups at various sites throughout Massachusetts.
Debbi and her associates support clients in creating sustainable results in their leadership roles, life transitions and careers. Based on hundreds of coaching hours, listening and learning from clients, certifications, life-long learning – customized coaching plans, tools and strategies are developed to support clients to acquire self-mastery and be regenerative and agile in their careers and leadership roles. Clients range from C-suite leaders to new college graduates.

Debbi is a member of the Institute of Coaching – Harvard Medical School affiliate, an active member of the New Ventures West coaching community and founding member of Integral Coaches East. A member of the International Coach Federation, she was invited to coach at the 2014 Conference for Women, in addition to being guest speaker at corporations and colleges.
She serves as Chair of the Corporate Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley Association of YMCAs, founded in 1880. She is an Overseer at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors NE – Program Committee. She is a member of The Boston Club and has served on the Corporate Board Committee. Debbi holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Stonehill College and an MBA from Boston College. She has a Professional Certificate of Integral Coaching from New Ventures West and is a Certified Leadership Agility Coach.
Debbi lives in the Boston area with her husband and two children. Interests include scuba diving, hiking, running, swimming. In 2015 she achieved the top age group award in the Brickman Triathlon.
