Debbi holds coaching certificates as a Master Coach, ICF-approved Professional Coach training, and a
degree in Sociology. She has deep business competence rooted in her MBA. Debbi works with
executives, leaders, and job seekers, navigating role transitions, workplace dynamics, leadership agility,
adult self-development, emotional intelligence, and job search tools in her private practice. Debbi has
coached with the Harvard Business School Executive Education programs. She is a Licensed Group
Leader for the 50+ Job Seekers Statewide Networking Group and for six years has led 9-month
workshops at various sites throughout Massachusetts. Since 2019, Debbi has collaborated with Mass.
Libraries to lead 50+ Job Seekers Networking Groups. Her corporate career includes roles as a senior
executive with Fortune 500 corporations and an entrepreneur.
Debbi is a member of the Institute of Coaching – Harvard Medical School affiliate, an active member of
the New Ventures West coaching community, and a founding member of Integral Coaches East. A
member of the International Coach Federation, she was invited to coach at the 2014 Conference for
Women. Debbi has featured at corporations, networking groups, and colleges. She is past Chair of the
Corporate Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley Association of YMCAs, founded in 1880, the
Boston College MBA Alumni Assoc., and the Carol A. Barry Cancer Foundation. She is an Overseer at the
Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Debbi holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Stonehill
College and an MBA from Boston College. In April 2021, Debbi completed an 18-month Master Coach
certification with the Whole Point Institute. She has ICF-approved Professional Integral Coach Training
through New Ventures West. Certifications include Leadership Agility 360, Mindfulness-Based Stress
Reduction, Women Director Development, and training in Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent
Communication, Clear Leadership, and a variety of Assessment tools.
Debbi lives in the Boston area with her husband and two children. In 2015 she achieved the top age
group award in the Brickman Triathlon.
