Two part-time opportunities are available to assist a woman who has Lou Gehrig’s disease. She is an extraordinary person; sharp, with a wonderful sense of humor.
One to four 4-hour afternoon shifts during the week.
Available shifts are 1-5 p.m. Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri.
That person would:
Read her email to her
Wipe her nose, as needed
Wipe her eyes, as needed
Adjust her legs once in a while
Change the TV channel
If the person could spoon-feed her, that would be great but it isn’t a requirement.
Pay is negotiable, starting at $20/hour

Personal Care Attendant
Four-hour shift on Tuesday mornings in West Boylston, MA
That person would:
Brush her teeth
Wash her face
Rub ointment on woman’s skin
Change her shirt
Take care of her toileting needs
Readjust her legs occasionally while she is reclining
Ability to use a Hoyer lift is a plus, but not a must
Pay is negotiable, starting at $25 an hour
